Strawberry Soup

"Let summer linger"
- 3 Cups Strawberries, frozen
- 2 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup raspberry liquor or white wine
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup non-fat sour cream or yogurt
- sliced strawberries and mint leaves
(garnish)
- Place 6 soup bowls in refrigerator to
chill.
- In blender or food processor, puree strawberries with 1 cup orange
juice until smooth.
- Place remaining ingredients, except garnish, in blender and blend
until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Divide soup among chilled bowls and garnish with sliced strawberries
and mint leaves.
