Strawberry Soup
Birdwing Spa
"Let summer linger"

  • 3 Cups Strawberries, frozen
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberry liquor or white wine
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup non-fat sour cream or yogurt
  • sliced strawberries and mint leaves (garnish)
  • Place 6 soup bowls in refrigerator to chill.
  1. In blender or food processor, puree strawberries with 1 cup orange juice until smooth.
  2. Place remaining ingredients, except garnish, in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Divide soup among chilled bowls and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
